Welping has been focusing on the development, manufacturing and sales of plastic pipe butt welding machines for nearly 20 years, and its products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Russia, Latin America, etc. The welding equipment has found wide applications for installing pipelines in various industries such as oil & gas, water supply, chemical and others.

For different industries, we recommend to use different butt fusion machines. For water supply and sewage pipes, the general type of hydraulic butt welding machine can meet the demand. For small diameter pipes below 200mm, manual butt welding machine is suitable for use in the case of small workload.

However, for special occasions such as gas pipelines, we generally recommend customers to utilize a fully automatic butt welding machine to meet its high-precision needs. Furthermore, for some particular pipes (i.e., carat pipes) especially with large sizes above 1600mm, we are able to provide customized services for customers.
