WELPING has a dedicated team of professional engineers for designing and developing welding machines. Our factory is equipped with complete manufacturing equipment to perform full production processes from steel plates laser cutting to surface coating, which guarantee the superior quality of fusion welders.
Our design is based on real-world operation, not just drawings on paper. WELPING continues to build its engineering capabilities across machine structure, hydraulic systems, and electrical control, with full in-house development and system integration. Through ongoing project experience and field use, we continuously refine structural details and control logic to ensure stable performance under demanding conditions. Beyond design itself, we focus on how the machine performs where it truly matters — on site.
WELPING fusion welding equipment are manufactured and processed through below workshops:
- Raw material processing workshop: it is equipped with laser cutting machines (12000W) and sand blasting machine.
- Sheet-metal workshop: in which machine frame plates are produced. It is equipped with 160-ton CNC bending machine.
- Casting workshop: in which various aluminum casting components are manufactured including clamping tools and gearcases. This workshop is configured with 550-ton, 630-ton, 800-ton, and 1200-ton die casting machines.
- Machining workshop where machine shafts, chucks and cases are precisely handled to ensure the size accuracy. You can find different CNC machining centers and CNC machine tools there.
- Spraying/coating workshop: where fusion machine parts are coated by the spraying line.
WELPING strictly controls the fusion equipment quality through:
- Adoption of high-precision manufacturing equipment to improve the parts precision at source;
- Multiple inspection procedures including manufacturing process inspection, semi-finished products sampling inspection and finished products inspection.
