It’s challenging to use proper equipment for welding flanges on to large diameter pipes. In order to ensure high quality welding in an efficient manner, 1000mm plastic pipe welding machine paired with a flange chuck was finally chosen to complete the welding job.

• A 1000mm plastic pipe welding machine was used to ensure the technical requirements were fulfilled.
• Based on the characteristics of the flange, appropriate welding process was designed, which includes the setting of current, speed, temperature and other parameters.
• Adopting a flange chuck during welding ensures high stability, which greatly improves welding quality.
