FX Series Hydraulic Butt Fusion Welding Machines

The FX Series includes more than ten hydraulic butt fusion machines designed for HDPE pipe welding from 50 mm to 1000 mm. The integrated heating plate provides an even and controlled heating to join pipes and fitting ends, ensuring leak-free fusion. Engineered for municipal, industrial, and energy pipeline construction, the series provides contractors with a reliable welding solution across a broad range of pipe diameters.

Features
  • Improved welding efficiency: The upgraded hydraulic system shortens the welding cycle, while the new heating element delivers more even temperature distribution across the heating plate. Anti-slip pad blocks provide a more secure grip on the pipe and help prevent slipping during welding.
  • Reinforced frame design: Compared with the previous rounded clamp rings, the redesigned upper and lower rings have a sharper profile, and the thicker side plates further strengthen the frame structure.
  • Upgraded hydraulic unit: The second-generation FX series hydraulic unit is equipped with a wired remote control, temperature controller, pressure relief button, rear-mounted pressure regulating valve, and a large pressure gauge. Reserved ports for a data logger power cable and data connection are also included.
